If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, please follow the instructions below:

All damage claims must be in original cartons and authorized by The Nancy Thomas Gallery. Please call 1-800-939-4278 for return authorization and instructions. 

The carrier will conduct an investigation for the damage claim and it and/or Nancy Thomas Gallery will contact you once the investigation is concluded to resolve the issue.

SAVE ALL ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS. If you do not save original packing materials, this will void any claim you may have.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the damage is found to be the fault of the carrier.

Any claim for defective merchandise must be reported to Nancy Thomas Gallery within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

If the damage claim is found to be the fault of the carrier, we will replace the item at no charge to you. If the damaged item is out of stock, we will offer you store credit only.
